Finally, completed my 5km Shape run, during last weekend, 20th July at 7.30am.
Like before, Jono was as sweet as ever to offer to fetch me to the event, eventhough he knows that he has to wake up extremely early and still have to wait in the gruelling hot sun while I do my run, he still does it [...]

Almost 2 weeks now, since my participation in the Singapore Passion Run.
What was the outcome? It was a good run! Surprisingly it was so much easier to run with the crowd of participants as compared to training! Maybe its becos of the group effect thingy, and becos with everybody run at their own pace, somehow [...]
