Almost 2 weeks now, since my participation in the Singapore Passion Run. What was the outcome? It was a good run! Surprisingly it was so much easier to run with the crowd of participants as compared to training! Maybe its becos of the group effect thingy, and becos with everybody run at their own pace, [...]

Yes! Finally! Had signed myself up for the Saucony 10km Passion Run in the coming July 8th 2008. And started pracitising and training my stamina every weekend, at the exact location of the marathon itself, East Coast Park. http://www.singaporepassionrun.com/data/ Would go with Kat every Saturday morning to build up our stamina and familiarise ourselves with the route and distance.
